The clubhouse facility may be rented for PRIVATE events sponsored by Melbourne homeowners or residents renting a property within the Melbourne neighborhood.
The clubhouse rental fee is $75/day (non-refundable if cancelled within 10 days of reserved date) PLUS a $250 refundable security deposit.
All clubhouse rentals are limited to the hours of 8:00AM to midnight and a maximum attendance of 50 people.
In scheduling use of the clubhouse, HOA functions shall take precedent over private parties.
The Melbourne Board of Directors reserves the right to deny rental of the clubhouse to anyone.
Assessments must be current with $0 balance and owners must not have any escalated violations (past hearing stage) before a Clubhouse Rental Agreement can be submitted for approval.
The clubhouse is frequently rented by residents and the weekends book up very quickly…especially over the summer months for graduations…so please book & confirm your rental date(s) as early as possible. Rentals require AT LEAST 10-day notice to confirm and event date.
The first step (and preferred method) is to send a TEXT MESSAGE the Clubhouse Rental Coordinator (who is an unpaid volunteer from the neighborhood) at 704-302-7332.

As a 2nd option, you can send an EMAIL to Kristidrennan@yahoo.com to check availability dates. The rental coordinator will respond within 72 HOURS with availability of your dates along with specific rental directions/next steps.
