Leasing Regulations & Restrictions

**RENTAL RESTRICTED NEIGHBORHOOD**

Owners must own the property for a minimum of 

12 (twelve) consecutive months before being 

eligible to lease out their property

Initial leases must be a minimum duration 

of 12 (twelve) months 

(Article X, Section 10.2 (g))

All leases shall be in writing, and on file with 

the Property Management Company

(Exhibit “C”, Section 4)

Dwellings are restricted to single-family, residential use 

(Article X, Section 10.4 (d))
