Swimming Pool

 Pool access fobs should be turned over to new homeowners at closing & to new residents by the landlord. 

There is only ONE active pool fob assigned to each house address in Melbourne at a given time and we utilize the 

existing access fob each season unless communicated otherwise.

If you are in need of a new pool fob for your address, please email Sentry Management (LVilchez@sentrymgt.com) and copy cam@melbournehoa.org .  Email should include include name, street address and whether you own or rent. 

You may be requested to provide proof of ownership or a copy of your lease for verification.

There will be a $15 fee for each new or replacement fob.  

Pool fobs may be picked up at  the Sentry Management office in Davidson, NC or a board member can drop one off in your round mailbox if requested. Please request fobs as early in the season as possible to ensure you have access!

• All Persons Using the Pool Do So at Their Own Risk
• Management Not Responsible for Accidents or Injuries
• Respect Authority of Pool Attendant(s)
• Respect Other Residents & Guests
• Children Under 14 Require Adult Supervision
• NO Unauthorized Pool Parties (8+ people)
• NO Persons Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs Allowed
• NO Persons with a Communicable Disease Allowed in the Pool
• NO Persons with Skin, Eye, Ear or Nasal Infections Allowed in the Pool
• NO Animals/Pets Allowed in the Pool or on the Pool Deck Area
• NO Excessively Loud and/or Offensive Music 
• NO Lewd Behavior/Foul Language
• NO Boisterous or Rough Play
• NO Running/Diving
• NO Glass Containers
• NO Smoking (including vaping)
• NO Littering
• NO Entry During Closed Hours^

Police will be called for any abusive or violent behavior.
 Misconduct can result in loss of pool privileges
